Spending Christmas at this hotel was a pleasant experience. The room was very quiet, allowing for a restful night's sleep. The facilities were well-maintained and the hotel's location made it easy to explore the nearby area. The car park had good WiFi, which was perfect for those who needed to work during the holiday. The breakfast was delicious and exceeded expectations.
Some aspects of the hotel were subpar. The towels were thin and looked worn out, while the toiletries were of poor quality and dried out our skin.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The staff at the concierge and front office were incredibly gracious and welcoming during both check-in and check-out. The executive room I stayed in was very clean and well-maintained. It was perfect for my father, who is an amputee and uses a wheelchair. The bed was really comfortable, and I loved how this place is located right next to the highway exit. It made it super convenient to access and also meant there were plenty of food outlets nearby. Plus, my favorite "nasi kandar" restaurant was just a short walk away. I had a pleasant experience here.
This hotel is highly recommended for families.

We enjoyed our recent stay at Purest Hotel in Sungai Petani. The spacious Business Deluxe room was clean and comfortable, with a separate office study room. The TV in both rooms had a good selection of channels. The location of the hotel is excellent, with nice views of the surrounding hills and convenient access to restaurants and other amenities. we would recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.
